How can I cancel my reservation?

This only applies to reservations made directly with the hotel.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
If you've booked the best available rate or a package, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Different cancellation policies apply to other rates, such as non-refundable and group reservations.
What time is meant by '24 hours before arrival'?
The possible check-in time is 3:00 PM, this is also the time until which you can cancel free of charge one day before arrival.
What is a non-refundable reservation?
This is a reservation that you must pay for online immediately when booking and which cannot be cancelled or changed afterward.
Why should I choose the non-refundable rate?
Because you're waiving flexible cancellation and paying for your reservation directly online, we're giving you a discount. This means the non-refundable rate is always the most affordable available.
When do the group conditions apply to my booking?
A group of 10 or more guests or a booking of more than 5 hotel rooms is considered a group booking.
What conditions apply to groups?
The following conditions apply to group bookings:
more than 3 months before the start date 0% of the total reservation value
more than 2 months up to and including 3 months before the start date 15% of the total reservation value
more than 1 month up to and including 2 months before the start date 35% of the total reservation value
more than 14 days up to and including 1 month before the start date 60% of the total reservation value
more than 7 days up to and including 14 days before the start date 85% of the total reservation value
7 days or less before the start date 100% of the total reservation value
Rescheduling Reservations: If you wish to reschedule your booking and the new date or destination turns out to be more expensive than the original booking, we will be forced to charge you the difference. The deadline for changing your booking is the same as the deadline for canceling it.
